Purpose and eligibility

Relationship Coach provides self-guided communication support for adults age 18 or older. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials, and using the service lawfully.

Not therapy or emergency care

Relationship Coach is a wellness tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The service is not mental-health treatment, legal advice, crisis response, or a substitute for a licensed professional. It cannot verify identity, facts, intent, or safety. If anyone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. In the United States and Canada, call or text 988 for crisis support.

Private and shared spaces

Your private coaching history is not shown to your linked partner. You decide whether an editable neutral topic summary enters the shared room. Once content is approved into a shared room, both linked members can access that shared record.

Subscriptions

Premium is offered as a $7.99 weekly auto-renewing subscription unless the store displays a different localized price. Payment, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and taxes are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play under the terms shown at purchase. You can manage or cancel through your store account. Cancellation normally leaves access active through the paid period.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to threaten, stalk, harass, exploit, impersonate, or harm another person; evade lawful investigation; probe or disrupt the service; or upload content you do not have the right to use. Premium has no daily coaching-message quota, but reasonable short-window limits apply to automated or excessive traffic so one account cannot impair service availability or create unbounded processing cost. We may suspend accounts to protect users, the service, or legal compliance.

AI limitations

AI responses can be incomplete or wrong. Review suggestions using your own judgment and seek qualified help when appropriate. Do not rely on the service for emergency, medical, legal, financial, or other high-stakes decisions.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or a particular relationship outcome. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
